Lutheran Military Support Group Scholarship
Lutheran Military Support Group Scholarship
LMSG provides scholarships to active duty or prior service WELS and ELS Service Members pursuing public ministry. Candidates must be attending Martin Luther College, Bethany Lutheran College, Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary, or Bethany Lutheran Seminary to qualify.
LMSG Military Support Scholarship
LMSG Military Support Scholarship
LMSG provides scholarships to active duty or prior service WELS and ELS Service Members enrolled in the Chaplaincy Certification Program at Martin Luther College. This Scholarship can be applied to each course taken by Service Members until completion of the program. WELS and ELS Military Contact Pastors qualify for this scholarship for courses Frontline Chaplaincy (THE9524) or The Spiritual Side of PTSD (THE9601).
Christian Warrior Appreciation Grants
Christian Warrior Appreciation Grants
LMSG provides grants to congregations or schools to assist them financially in recognizing the Warriors in their congregations and community.
Christian Warrior Assistance Grants
Christian Warrior Assistance Grants
LMSG provides grants to Christian Warriors who are in need of financial assistance due to a local disaster, health concern, or unanticipated need due to a deployment. WELS and ELS congregations may be eligible if the grant will go towards helping a military family.

  • LMSG Education Scholarships - $21,100

LMSG has provided financial support to WELS Military Services for the National Chaplain to the Military, European Chaplain, and Military Contact Pastor Workshop.

Outreach grants were awarded to Time of Grace Ministries for their Armed Forces Network (AFN) programming.
