Oswald Kaul

OSWALD KAUL – Served in the US Navy as a Seabee in World War II in December 1942. World War II took him to the Aleutian Islands and the invasion of Okinawa until his honorable discharge in January 1946.

He married his wife Olga and they had three children. He retired in 1978 after his career as a US Naval Civil Servicemen, drafting, surveying, and sounding in California. In 1995 they settled in Vancouver, WA., where he was a member of Peace Lutheran Church.

His family has a long history of veterans from World War I through desert storm.

Ozzie was a proud veteran of the Greatest Generation, a strong Christian man, who loved his family and country. Ozzie went to be with his Savior on January 22, 2018.
